Ordsall is a short walk from Regent Retail Park which offers high street stores such as Sainsbury’s, Boots, Sports World, TK Maxx and Argos.

The Lowry Outlet Centre which has over 80 stores, is located in Salford Quays less than half a mile away. The centre boasts the UK's largest Nike and Marks & Spencer outlet stores, together with Molton Brown, Flannels, Whistles and a whole host of other designer names.

After a hard day’s shopping, visitors can stop for a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants including Pizza Express and Cafe Rouge or catch the latest blockbuster at the Vue multiplex cinema.

The adjacent mediacity:UK development will also offer a range of shops and restaurants including a Booths supermarket, the first to open in Greater Manchester.

Ordsall itself is set to become a haven for shoppers with plans developed to transform the former Radclyffe School site on Trafford Road into a landmark retail centre.

In the longer-term, the Ordsall waterfront is to be substantially redeveloped to provide new restaurants, bars, shops and other leisure facilities.
