Radclyffe Mews provided three first-time buyer apartments and 31 two and three bed townhouses – the first family homes built in Ordsall for ten years.

The scheme overlooks the historic Ordsall Hall and is within easy walking distance of Salford Quays, with all the benefits of high street brands, the Lowry Arts Centre and Imperial War Museum North.

Launched in winter 2006, the scheme was marketed exclusively to those living and working in the local area.

Unsurprisingly, with prices from £99,950 for a two-bed apartment and townhouses from £118,950 the entire development was sold in less than six weeks.

Since completion in March 2008 the development has picked up a number of accolades including Best Starter Home at the What House 2008 Awards.’
